   <h2>“右侧超车”，你，真的了解么？</h2>
  <p>	21世纪，随着中国汽车的发展和生活水平的提高，汽车越来越多开车越来越难，我们经常可以看到关于车祸的新闻，尤其容易引发交通事故的是在超车时，交通法第44条在道路同方向划有2条以上机动车道的，『左侧为快速车道，右侧为慢速车道』。在快速车道行驶的机动车应当按照快速车道规定的速度行驶，未达到快速车道规定的行驶速度的，应当在慢速车道行驶。那么究竟如何超车是正确的？如何超车是违规的？下面小编就告诉你，请耐心看完哦！</p>

 <h6>一、从右侧车道超过前车 = 右侧超车？</h6>
  <h6>（1）正常超车的轨迹:</h6>

 <h6> 二、交通法规是如何定义“超车”的？</h6>
<p>交通法规里的超车，是指在同一车道行驶的候车超越同向行驶的前车，且超车前后这辆后车始终在原车道内行驶。</p>
<h6>三、机动车超车规定？</h6>
<p>（1）同车道行驶的机动车，后车应当与前车保持足以采取紧急制动措施的安全距离。有下列情形之一的，不得超车：</P>
<p>①前车正在左转弯、掉头、超车的;</P>
<p><p>②与对面来车有会车可能的；</P>
<p>③前车为执行紧急任务的警车、消防车、救护车、工程救险车的；</P>
<p>④行经铁路道口、交叉路口、窄桥、弯道、陡坡、隧道、人行横道、市区交通流量大的路段等没有超车条件的。</P>
<p>（2）机动车超车时应当提前开启左转向灯，变换使用远、近光灯或者鸣喇叭。在没有道路中心线或者同方向只有1条机动车道的道路上，前车
遇后车发出超车信号时，在条件许可的情况下，应当降低速度、靠右让路。后车应当在确认有充足的安全距离后，从前车的左方超越，在与被超车辆拉开必要的安全距离后，开启右转向灯驶回原车道。</P>
<p>『之前，大多数人都理解错了右侧超车行为，但是没有清楚的理解超车的真正定义。最后，把所有从前面右侧超过的行为都称之为右侧超车，如下三种情况都不属于右侧超车行为。』</P>
<p>①右侧车道的车，超越左侧车道的车；</P>

 <p>通常情况下，在日常行车时，交警一般是不会主动处罚“右侧超车”的违章车辆，除非是发生了交通事故，而且一方当事人提出对方右侧超车的问题时，交警才会对是否存在右侧超车的行为进行勘查，如果情况如实，交警会对违规的右侧超车进行处罚，虽说违规超车被处罚的机率不大，但是大家一定不要心存侥幸，要知道违规超车是主要交通事故原因，我们应该要爱惜自己的生命。</p>
