- <P>“驾照”即机动车驾驶证的简称，依照法律机动车辆驾驶人员所需申领的证照，对于司机能够开什么车型都做了明确的规定。</P>
- <p>公安部在《机动车驾驶证申请和使用规定》中对原先准驾车型A（大型客车）、B（大型货车）、C（小型汽车）进行了细化区分。新版机动车驾驶证准驾车型区分为：A1（大型客车）、A2（牵引车）、A3（城市公交车）、B1（中型客车）、B2（大型货车）、C1（小型汽车）、C2（小型自动挡汽车）、C3（低速载货车）、C4（三轮汽车）。</p>

- <p>1、大型载客汽车-车长大于等于6m或者乘坐人数大于等于20人；</p>
- <p>2、中型载客汽车-车长小于6m，乘坐人数大于9人且小于20人；</p>
- <p>3、小型载客汽车-车长小于6m，乘坐人数小于等于9人；</p>
- <p>4、微型载客汽车-车长小于等于3.5m，发动机气缸总排量小于等于1升；</p>
- <p>5、重型载货汽车-车长大于等于6m，总质量大于等于12000kg；</p>
- <p>6、中型载货汽车-车长大于等于6m，总质量大于等于4500kg且小于12000kg；</p>
- <p>7、轻型载货汽车-车长小于6m，总质量小于4500kg；</p>
- <p>8、微型载货汽车-车长小于等于3.5m，总质量小于等于1800kg。</p>
- <h2>申请驾驶证人员的年龄要求：</h2>
- <p>1、申请小型汽车、小型自动挡汽车、轻便摩托车准驾车型的，应当在18周岁以上，70周岁以下；</p>
- <p>2、申请低速载货汽车、三轮汽车、普通三轮摩托车、普通二轮摩托车或者轮式自行机械车准驾车型的，应当在18周岁以上，60周岁以下；</p>
- <p>3、申请城市公交车、中型客车、大型货车、无轨电车或者有轨电车准驾车型的，应当在21周岁以上，50周岁以下；</p>
- <p>4、申请牵引车准驾车型的，应当在24周岁以上，50周岁以下；</p>
- <p>5、申请大型客车准驾车型的，应当在26周岁以上，50周岁以下。</p>
