- <P>1、出租汽车驾驶员在交通事故或乘客意外事件发生后，应做好应急救护，具体原则是：分清轻重缓急，先抢后救、先重后轻、先急后缓、先近后远、先止血后包扎、在固定搬运。</P>
- <P>2、抢救伤员的时候，如发现心脏停止跳动，应立即实施心肺复苏抢救，包括人工呼吸和胸外心脏按压。实施心肺复苏抢救时，双手掌根垂直向下用力，下压深度4~5厘米，连续15次胸外挤压，频率为100次/分钟，口对口人工吹气与胸外按压操作反复进行，吹气、挤压之比为2:15，每次3-4分钟停止一次操作，检查呼吸与循环。</P>
- <P>3、现场急救时，发现关节损伤（扭伤、脱臼、骨折）的，应避免活动，不要改变损失时瞬间的位置、姿势，更不能自行复位；安放到固定位置后，保持损伤骨节的静止。</P>
- <P>4、在道路交通事故或乘客意外事件发生后，驾驶员抢救休克伤员的措施包括昏迷、休克伤病员保持平卧，下肢略抬高，保持呼吸道畅通，头部应偏向一侧，以防呕吐物、分泌物误吸入呼吸道。体温过低者应保温，盖上棉被或衣服，高烧别人应采取降温措施。密切关注呼吸、心率、血压、尿量等情况。</P>
- <P>5、驾驶员抢救烧伤伤员的急救措施包括：</P>
- <P>（1）用冷清水冲洗或浸泡伤处，降低表皮温度，同时紧急呼救。</P>
- <P>（2）脱去受伤处饰物。</P>
- <P>（3）烧伤伤员口渴时，可口服少量淡盐水或淡盐茶。</P>
- <P>（4）呼吸窒息者，对其实施心肺复苏抢救，伴有外伤大出血者，应予止血；骨折者应作临时固定。</P>
- <P>（5）烧伤严重者应尽快转送医院治疗。</P>
- <P>6、出租汽车油箱起火时，切不可使用水去浇，要做好邮箱的防爆工作，并切断油路，选择合适的灭火器灭火。另外路边沙土或厚布、工作服等覆盖灭火，以防火势蔓延。</P>
- <P>7、车辆起火救火时，应脱去化纤服装，注意保护暴露在外面的皮肤，已经粘在皮肤上的衣服不要撕扯，以免伤到表皮。不要张嘴呼吸或高声呼喊，以免烟火灼伤上呼吸道。</P>
- <P>8、在室外使用灭火器时，要注意站在上风向喷射，并随着射程缩短，要逐渐接近燃烧区，以提高灭火效率。如果不知道用什么方法灭火，尤其是依然危险品着火时，应求助于专业人员或等待消防队灭火，切不可盲目灭火。</P>
