446. <string> GNU GENERAL PUBLIC LICENSE
447. Version 2, June 1991
448. Copyright (C) 1989, 1991 Free Software Foundation, Inc., <http://fsf.org/>
449. 51 Franklin Street, Fifth Floor, Boston, MA 02110-1301 USA
450. Everyone is permitted to copy and distribute verbatim copies
451. of this license document, but changing it is not allowed.
452. Preamble
453. The licenses for most software are designed to take away your
454. freedom to share and change it. By contrast, the GNU General Public
455. License is intended to guarantee your freedom to share and change free
456. software--to make sure the software is free for all its users. This
457. General Public License applies to most of the Free Software
458. Foundation's software and to any other program whose authors commit to
459. using it. (Some other Free Software Foundation software is covered by
460. the GNU Lesser General Public License instead.) You can apply it to
461. your programs, too.
462. When we speak of free software, we are referring to freedom, not
463. price. Our General Public Licenses are designed to make sure that you
464. have the freedom to distribute copies of free software (and charge for
465. this service if you wish), that you receive source code or can get it
466. if you want it, that you can change the software or use pieces of it
467. in new free programs; and that you know you can do these things.
468. To protect your rights, we need to make restrictions that forbid
469. anyone to deny you these rights or to ask you to surrender the rights.
470. These restrictions translate to certain responsibilities for you if you
471. distribute copies of the software, or if you modify it.
472. For example, if you distribute copies of such a program, whether
473. gratis or for a fee, you must give the recipients all the rights that
474. you have. You must make sure that they, too, receive or can get the
475. source code. And you must show them these terms so they know their
476. rights.
477. We protect your rights with two steps: (1) copyright the software, and
478. (2) offer you this license which gives you legal permission to copy,
479. distribute and/or modify the software.
480. Also, for each author's protection and ours, we want to make certain
481. that everyone understands that there is no warranty for this free
482. software. If the software is modified by someone else and passed on, we
483. want its recipients to know that what they have is not the original, so
484. that any problems introduced by others will not reflect on the original
485. authors' reputations.
486. Finally, any free program is threatened constantly by software
487. patents. We wish to avoid the danger that redistributors of a free
488. program will individually obtain patent licenses, in effect making the
489. program proprietary. To prevent this, we have made it clear that any
490. patent must be licensed for everyone's free use or not licensed at all.
491. The precise terms and conditions for copying, distribution and
492. modification follow.
493. GNU GENERAL PUBLIC LICENSE
494. TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR COPYING, DISTRIBUTION AND MODIFICATION
495. 0. This License applies to any program or other work which contains
496. a notice placed by the copyright holder saying it may be distributed
497. under the terms of this General Public License. The "Program", below,
498. refers to any such program or work, and a "work based on the Program"
499. means either the Program or any derivative work under copyright law:
500. that is to say, a work containing the Program or a portion of it,
501. either verbatim or with modifications and/or translated into another
502. language. (Hereinafter, translation is included without limitation in
503. the term "modification".) Each licensee is addressed as "you".
504. Activities other than copying, distribution and modification are not
505. covered by this License; they are outside its scope. The act of
506. running the Program is not restricted, and the output from the Program
507. is covered only if its contents constitute a work based on the
508. Program (independent of having been made by running the Program).
509. Whether that is true depends on what the Program does.
510. 1. You may copy and distribute verbatim copies of the Program's
511. source code as you receive it, in any medium, provided that you
512. conspicuously and appropriately publish on each copy an appropriate
513. copyright notice and disclaimer of warranty; keep intact all the
514. notices that refer to this License and to the absence of any warranty;
515. and give any other recipients of the Program a copy of this License
516. along with the Program.
517. You may charge a fee for the physical act of transferring a copy, and
518. you may at your option offer warranty protection in exchange for a fee.
519. 2. You may modify your copy or copies of the Program or any portion
520. of it, thus forming a work based on the Program, and copy and
521. distribute such modifications or work under the terms of Section 1
522. above, provided that you also meet all of these conditions:
523. a) You must cause the modified files to carry prominent notices
524. stating that you changed the files and the date of any change.
525. b) You must cause any work that you distribute or publish, that in
526. whole or in part contains or is derived from the Program or any
527. part thereof, to be licensed as a whole at no charge to all third
528. parties under the terms of this License.
529. c) If the modified program normally reads commands interactively
530. when run, you must cause it, when started running for such
531. interactive use in the most ordinary way, to print or display an
532. announcement including an appropriate copyright notice and a
533. notice that there is no warranty (or else, saying that you provide
534. a warranty) and that users may redistribute the program under
535. these conditions, and telling the user how to view a copy of this
536. License. (Exception: if the Program itself is interactive but
537. does not normally print such an announcement, your work based on
538. the Program is not required to print an announcement.)
539. These requirements apply to the modified work as a whole. If
540. identifiable sections of that work are not derived from the Program,
541. and can be reasonably considered independent and separate works in
542. themselves, then this License, and its terms, do not apply to those
543. sections when you distribute them as separate works. But when you
544. distribute the same sections as part of a whole which is a work based
545. on the Program, the distribution of the whole must be on the terms of
546. this License, whose permissions for other licensees extend to the
547. entire whole, and thus to each and every part regardless of who wrote it.
548. Thus, it is not the intent of this section to claim rights or contest
549. your rights to work written entirely by you; rather, the intent is to
550. exercise the right to control the distribution of derivative or
551. collective works based on the Program.
552. In addition, mere aggregation of another work not based on the Program
553. with the Program (or with a work based on the Program) on a volume of
554. a storage or distribution medium does not bring the other work under
555. the scope of this License.
556. 3. You may copy and distribute the Program (or a work based on it,
557. under Section 2) in object code or executable form under the terms of
558. Sections 1 and 2 above provided that you also do one of the following:
559. a) Accompany it with the complete corresponding machine-readable
560. source code, which must be distributed under the terms of Sections
561. 1 and 2 above on a medium customarily used for software interchange; or,
562. b) Accompany it with a written offer, valid for at least three
563. years, to give any third party, for a charge no more than your
564. cost of physically performing source distribution, a complete
565. machine-readable copy of the corresponding source code, to be
566. distributed under the terms of Sections 1 and 2 above on a medium
567. customarily used for software interchange; or,
568. c) Accompany it with the information you received as to the offer
569. to distribute corresponding source code. (This alternative is
570. allowed only for noncommercial distribution and only if you
571. received the program in object code or executable form with such
572. an offer, in accord with Subsection b above.)
573. The source code for a work means the preferred form of the work for
574. making modifications to it. For an executable work, complete source
575. code means all the source code for all modules it contains, plus any
576. associated interface definition files, plus the scripts used to
577. control compilation and installation of the executable. However, as a
578. special exception, the source code distributed need not include
579. anything that is normally distributed (in either source or binary
580. form) with the major components (compiler, kernel, and so on) of the
581. operating system on which the executable runs, unless that component
582. itself accompanies the executable.
583. If distribution of executable or object code is made by offering
584. access to copy from a designated place, then offering equivalent
585. access to copy the source code from the same place counts as
586. distribution of the source code, even though third parties are not
587. compelled to copy the source along with the object code.
588. 4. You may not copy, modify, sublicense, or distribute the Program
589. except as expressly provided under this License. Any attempt
590. otherwise to copy, modify, sublicense or distribute the Program is
591. void, and will automatically terminate your rights under this License.
592. However, parties who have received copies, or rights, from you under
593. this License will not have their licenses terminated so long as such
594. parties remain in full compliance.
595. 5. You are not required to accept this License, since you have not
596. signed it. However, nothing else grants you permission to modify or
597. distribute the Program or its derivative works. These actions are
598. prohibited by law if you do not accept this License. Therefore, by
599. modifying or distributing the Program (or any work based on the
600. Program), you indicate your acceptance of this License to do so, and
601. all its terms and conditions for copying, distributing or modifying
602. the Program or works based on it.
603. 6. Each time you redistribute the Program (or any work based on the
604. Program), the recipient automatically receives a license from the
605. original licensor to copy, distribute or modify the Program subject to
606. these terms and conditions. You may not impose any further
607. restrictions on the recipients' exercise of the rights granted herein.
608. You are not responsible for enforcing compliance by third parties to
609. this License.
610. 7. If, as a consequence of a court judgment or allegation of patent
611. infringement or for any other reason (not limited to patent issues),
612. conditions are imposed on you (whether by court order, agreement or
613. otherwise) that contradict the conditions of this License, they do not
614. excuse you from the conditions of this License. If you cannot
615. distribute so as to satisfy simultaneously your obligations under this
616. License and any other pertinent obligations, then as a consequence you
617. may not distribute the Program at all. For example, if a patent
618. license would not permit royalty-free redistribution of the Program by
619. all those who receive copies directly or indirectly through you, then
620. the only way you could satisfy both it and this License would be to
621. refrain entirely from distribution of the Program.
622. If any portion of this section is held invalid or unenforceable under
623. any particular circumstance, the balance of the section is intended to
624. apply and the section as a whole is intended to apply in other
625. circumstances.
626. It is not the purpose of this section to induce you to infringe any
627. patents or other property right claims or to contest validity of any
628. such claims; this section has the sole purpose of protecting the
629. integrity of the free software distribution system, which is
630. implemented by public license practices. Many people have made
631. generous contributions to the wide range of software distributed
632. through that system in reliance on consistent application of that
633. system; it is up to the author/donor to decide if he or she is willing
634. to distribute software through any other system and a licensee cannot
635. impose that choice.
636. This section is intended to make thoroughly clear what is believed to
637. be a consequence of the rest of this License.
638. 8. If the distribution and/or use of the Program is restricted in
639. certain countries either by patents or by copyrighted interfaces, the
640. original copyright holder who places the Program under this License
641. may add an explicit geographical distribution limitation excluding
642. those countries, so that distribution is permitted only in or among
643. countries not thus excluded. In such case, this License incorporates
644. the limitation as if written in the body of this License.
645. 9. The Free Software Foundation may publish revised and/or new versions
646. of the General Public License from time to time. Such new versions will
647. be similar in spirit to the present version, but may differ in detail to
648. address new problems or concerns.
649. Each version is given a distinguishing version number. If the Program
650. specifies a version number of this License which applies to it and "any
651. later version", you have the option of following the terms and conditions
652. either of that version or of any later version published by the Free
653. Software Foundation. If the Program does not specify a version number of
654. this License, you may choose any version ever published by the Free Software
655. Foundation.
656. 10. If you wish to incorporate parts of the Program into other free
657. programs whose distribution conditions are different, write to the author
658. to ask for permission. For software which is copyrighted by the Free
659. Software Foundation, write to the Free Software Foundation; we sometimes
660. make exceptions for this. Our decision will be guided by the two goals
661. of preserving the free status of all derivatives of our free software and
662. of promoting the sharing and reuse of software generally.
663. NO WARRANTY
664. 11. BECAUSE THE PROGRAM IS LICENSED FREE OF CHARGE, THERE IS NO WARRANTY

683. How to Apply These Terms to Your New Programs

713. be called something other than `show w' and `show c'; they could even be
714. mouse-clicks or menu items--whatever suits your program.
715. You should also get your employer (if you work as a programmer) or your
716. school, if any, to sign a "copyright disclaimer" for the program, if
717. necessary. Here is a sample; alter the names:

738. Version 2, June 1991
739. Copyright (C) 1989, 1991 Free Software Foundation, Inc., <http://fsf.org/>
740. 51 Franklin Street, Fifth Floor, Boston, MA 02110-1301 USA
741. Everyone is permitted to copy and distribute verbatim copies
742. of this license document, but changing it is not allowed.
743. Preamble
744. The licenses for most software are designed to take away your
745. freedom to share and change it. By contrast, the GNU General Public
746. License is intended to guarantee your freedom to share and change free
747. software--to make sure the software is free for all its users. This
748. General Public License applies to most of the Free Software
749. Foundation's software and to any other program whose authors commit to
750. using it. (Some other Free Software Foundation software is covered by
751. the GNU Lesser General Public License instead.) You can apply it to
752. your programs, too.
753. When we speak of free software, we are referring to freedom, not
754. price. Our General Public Licenses are designed to make sure that you
755. have the freedom to distribute copies of free software (and charge for
756. this service if you wish), that you receive source code or can get it
757. if you want it, that you can change the software or use pieces of it
758. in new free programs; and that you know you can do these things.
759. To protect your rights, we need to make restrictions that forbid
760. anyone to deny you these rights or to ask you to surrender the rights.
761. These restrictions translate to certain responsibilities for you if you
762. distribute copies of the software, or if you modify it.
763. For example, if you distribute copies of such a program, whether
764. gratis or for a fee, you must give the recipients all the rights that
765. you have. You must make sure that they, too, receive or can get the
766. source code. And you must show them these terms so they know their
767. rights.
768. We protect your rights with two steps: (1) copyright the software, and
769. (2) offer you this license which gives you legal permission to copy,
770. distribute and/or modify the software.
771. Also, for each author's protection and ours, we want to make certain
772. that everyone understands that there is no warranty for this free
773. software. If the software is modified by someone else and passed on, we
774. want its recipients to know that what they have is not the original, so
775. that any problems introduced by others will not reflect on the original
776. authors' reputations.
777. Finally, any free program is threatened constantly by software
778. patents. We wish to avoid the danger that redistributors of a free
779. program will individually obtain patent licenses, in effect making the
780. program proprietary. To prevent this, we have made it clear that any
781. patent must be licensed for everyone's free use or not licensed at all.
782. The precise terms and conditions for copying, distribution and
783. modification follow.
784. GNU GENERAL PUBLIC LICENSE
785. TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR COPYING, DISTRIBUTION AND MODIFICATION
786. 0. This License applies to any program or other work which contains
787. a notice placed by the copyright holder saying it may be distributed
788. under the terms of this General Public License. The "Program", below,
789. refers to any such program or work, and a "work based on the Program"
790. means either the Program or any derivative work under copyright law:
791. that is to say, a work containing the Program or a portion of it,
792. either verbatim or with modifications and/or translated into another
793. language. (Hereinafter, translation is included without limitation in
794. the term "modification".) Each licensee is addressed as "you".
795. Activities other than copying, distribution and modification are not
796. covered by this License; they are outside its scope. The act of
797. running the Program is not restricted, and the output from the Program
798. is covered only if its contents constitute a work based on the
799. Program (independent of having been made by running the Program).
800. Whether that is true depends on what the Program does.
801. 1. You may copy and distribute verbatim copies of the Program's
802. source code as you receive it, in any medium, provided that you
803. conspicuously and appropriately publish on each copy an appropriate
804. copyright notice and disclaimer of warranty; keep intact all the
805. notices that refer to this License and to the absence of any warranty;
806. and give any other recipients of the Program a copy of this License
807. along with the Program.
808. You may charge a fee for the physical act of transferring a copy, and
809. you may at your option offer warranty protection in exchange for a fee.
810. 2. You may modify your copy or copies of the Program or any portion
811. of it, thus forming a work based on the Program, and copy and
812. distribute such modifications or work under the terms of Section 1
813. above, provided that you also meet all of these conditions:
814. a) You must cause the modified files to carry prominent notices
815. stating that you changed the files and the date of any change.
816. b) You must cause any work that you distribute or publish, that in
817. whole or in part contains or is derived from the Program or any
818. part thereof, to be licensed as a whole at no charge to all third
819. parties under the terms of this License.
820. c) If the modified program normally reads commands interactively
821. when run, you must cause it, when started running for such
822. interactive use in the most ordinary way, to print or display an
823. announcement including an appropriate copyright notice and a
824. notice that there is no warranty (or else, saying that you provide
825. a warranty) and that users may redistribute the program under
826. these conditions, and telling the user how to view a copy of this
827. License. (Exception: if the Program itself is interactive but
828. does not normally print such an announcement, your work based on
829. the Program is not required to print an announcement.)
830. These requirements apply to the modified work as a whole. If
831. identifiable sections of that work are not derived from the Program,
832. and can be reasonably considered independent and separate works in
833. themselves, then this License, and its terms, do not apply to those
834. sections when you distribute them as separate works. But when you
835. distribute the same sections as part of a whole which is a work based
836. on the Program, the distribution of the whole must be on the terms of
837. this License, whose permissions for other licensees extend to the
838. entire whole, and thus to each and every part regardless of who wrote it.
839. Thus, it is not the intent of this section to claim rights or contest
840. your rights to work written entirely by you; rather, the intent is to
841. exercise the right to control the distribution of derivative or
842. collective works based on the Program.
843. In addition, mere aggregation of another work not based on the Program
844. with the Program (or with a work based on the Program) on a volume of
845. a storage or distribution medium does not bring the other work under
846. the scope of this License.
847. 3. You may copy and distribute the Program (or a work based on it,
848. under Section 2) in object code or executable form under the terms of
849. Sections 1 and 2 above provided that you also do one of the following:
850. a) Accompany it with the complete corresponding machine-readable
851. source code, which must be distributed under the terms of Sections
852. 1 and 2 above on a medium customarily used for software interchange; or,
853. b) Accompany it with a written offer, valid for at least three
854. years, to give any third party, for a charge no more than your
855. cost of physically performing source distribution, a complete
856. machine-readable copy of the corresponding source code, to be
857. distributed under the terms of Sections 1 and 2 above on a medium
858. customarily used for software interchange; or,
859. c) Accompany it with the information you received as to the offer
860. to distribute corresponding source code. (This alternative is
861. allowed only for noncommercial distribution and only if you
862. received the program in object code or executable form with such
863. an offer, in accord with Subsection b above.)
864. The source code for a work means the preferred form of the work for
865. making modifications to it. For an executable work, complete source
866. code means all the source code for all modules it contains, plus any
867. associated interface definition files, plus the scripts used to
868. control compilation and installation of the executable. However, as a
869. special exception, the source code distributed need not include
870. anything that is normally distributed (in either source or binary
871. form) with the major components (compiler, kernel, and so on) of the
872. operating system on which the executable runs, unless that component
873. itself accompanies the executable.
874. If distribution of executable or object code is made by offering
875. access to copy from a designated place, then offering equivalent
876. access to copy the source code from the same place counts as
877. distribution of the source code, even though third parties are not
878. compelled to copy the source along with the object code.
879. 4. You may not copy, modify, sublicense, or distribute the Program
880. except as expressly provided under this License. Any attempt
881. otherwise to copy, modify, sublicense or distribute the Program is
882. void, and will automatically terminate your rights under this License.
883. However, parties who have received copies, or rights, from you under
884. this License will not have their licenses terminated so long as such
885. parties remain in full compliance.
886. 5. You are not required to accept this License, since you have not
887. signed it. However, nothing else grants you permission to modify or
888. distribute the Program or its derivative works. These actions are
889. prohibited by law if you do not accept this License. Therefore, by
890. modifying or distributing the Program (or any work based on the
891. Program), you indicate your acceptance of this License to do so, and
892. all its terms and conditions for copying, distributing or modifying
893. the Program or works based on it.
894. 6. Each time you redistribute the Program (or any work based on the
895. Program), the recipient automatically receives a license from the
896. original licensor to copy, distribute or modify the Program subject to
897. these terms and conditions. You may not impose any further
898. restrictions on the recipients' exercise of the rights granted herein.
899. You are not responsible for enforcing compliance by third parties to
900. this License.
901. 7. If, as a consequence of a court judgment or allegation of patent
902. infringement or for any other reason (not limited to patent issues),
903. conditions are imposed on you (whether by court order, agreement or
904. otherwise) that contradict the conditions of this License, they do not
905. excuse you from the conditions of this License. If you cannot
906. distribute so as to satisfy simultaneously your obligations under this
907. License and any other pertinent obligations, then as a consequence you
908. may not distribute the Program at all. For example, if a patent
909. license would not permit royalty-free redistribution of the Program by
910. all those who receive copies directly or indirectly through you, then
911. the only way you could satisfy both it and this License would be to
912. refrain entirely from distribution of the Program.
913. If any portion of this section is held invalid or unenforceable under
914. any particular circumstance, the balance of the section is intended to
915. apply and the section as a whole is intended to apply in other
916. circumstances.
917. It is not the purpose of this section to induce you to infringe any
918. patents or other property right claims or to contest validity of any
919. such claims; this section has the sole purpose of protecting the
920. integrity of the free software distribution system, which is
921. implemented by public license practices. Many people have made
922. generous contributions to the wide range of software distributed
923. through that system in reliance on consistent application of that
924. system; it is up to the author/donor to decide if he or she is willing
925. to distribute software through any other system and a licensee cannot
926. impose that choice.
927. This section is intended to make thoroughly clear what is believed to
928. be a consequence of the rest of this License.
929. 8. If the distribution and/or use of the Program is restricted in
930. certain countries either by patents or by copyrighted interfaces, the
931. original copyright holder who places the Program under this License
932. may add an explicit geographical distribution limitation excluding
933. those countries, so that distribution is permitted only in or among
934. countries not thus excluded. In such case, this License incorporates
935. the limitation as if written in the body of this License.
936. 9. The Free Software Foundation may publish revised and/or new versions
937. of the General Public License from time to time. Such new versions will
938. be similar in spirit to the present version, but may differ in detail to
939. address new problems or concerns.
940. Each version is given a distinguishing version number. If the Program
941. specifies a version number of this License which applies to it and "any
942. later version", you have the option of following the terms and conditions
943. either of that version or of any later version published by the Free
944. Software Foundation. If the Program does not specify a version number of
945. this License, you may choose any version ever published by the Free Software
946. Foundation.
947. 10. If you wish to incorporate parts of the Program into other free
948. programs whose distribution conditions are different, write to the author
949. to ask for permission. For software which is copyrighted by the Free
950. Software Foundation, write to the Free Software Foundation; we sometimes
951. make exceptions for this. Our decision will be guided by the two goals
952. of preserving the free status of all derivatives of our free software and
953. of promoting the sharing and reuse of software generally.
954. NO WARRANTY
955. 11. BECAUSE THE PROGRAM IS LICENSED FREE OF CHARGE, THERE IS NO WARRANTY
956. FOR THE PROGRAM, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW. EXCEPT WHEN
957. OTHERWISE STATED IN WRITING THE COPYRIGHT HOLDERS AND/OR OTHER PARTIES
958. PROVIDE THE PROGRAM "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED
959. OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF
960. MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE ENTIRE RISK AS
961. TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE PROGRAM IS WITH YOU. SHOULD THE
962. PROGRAM PROVE DEFECTIVE, YOU ASSUME THE COST OF ALL NECESSARY SERVICING,
963. REPAIR OR CORRECTION.
964. 12. IN NO EVENT UNLESS REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW OR AGREED TO IN WRITING
965. WILL ANY COPYRIGHT HOLDER, OR ANY OTHER PARTY WHO MAY MODIFY AND/OR
966. REDISTRIBUTE THE PROGRAM AS PERMITTED ABOVE, BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR DAMAGES,
967. INCLUDING ANY GENERAL, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING
968. OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PROGRAM (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED
969. TO LOSS OF DATA OR DATA BEING RENDERED INACCURATE OR LOSSES SUSTAINED BY
970. YOU OR THIRD PARTIES OR A FAILURE OF THE PROGRAM TO OPERATE WITH ANY OTHER
971. PROGRAMS), EVEN IF SUCH HOLDER OR OTHER PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE
972. POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

974. How to Apply These Terms to Your New Programs

1404. Version 3, 29 June 2007
1405. Copyright (C) 2007 Free Software Foundation, Inc. <https://fsf.org/>
1406. Everyone is permitted to copy and distribute verbatim copies
1407. of this license document, but changing it is not allowed.
1408. Preamble
1409. The GNU General Public License is a free, copyleft license for
1410. software and other kinds of works.
1411. The licenses for most software and other practical works are designed
1412. to take away your freedom to share and change the works. By contrast,
1413. the GNU General Public License is intended to guarantee your freedom to
1414. share and change all versions of a program--to make sure it remains free
1415. software for all its users. We, the Free Software Foundation, use the
1416. GNU General Public License for most of our software; it applies also to
1417. any other work released this way by its authors. You can apply it to
1418. your programs, too.
1419. When we speak of free software, we are referring to freedom, not
1420. price. Our General Public Licenses are designed to make sure that you
1421. have the freedom to distribute copies of free software (and charge for
1422. them if you wish), that you receive source code or can get it if you
1423. want it, that you can change the software or use pieces of it in new
1424. free programs, and that you know you can do these things.
1425. To protect your rights, we need to prevent others from denying you
1426. these rights or asking you to surrender the rights. Therefore, you have
1427. certain responsibilities if you distribute copies of the software, or if
1428. you modify it: responsibilities to respect the freedom of others.
1429. For example, if you distribute copies of such a program, whether
1430. gratis or for a fee, you must pass on to the recipients the same
1431. freedoms that you received. You must make sure that they, too, receive
1432. or can get the source code. And you must show them these terms so they
1433. know their rights.
1434. Developers that use the GNU GPL protect your rights with two steps:
1435. (1) assert copyright on the software, and (2) offer you this License
1436. giving you legal permission to copy, distribute and/or modify it.
1437. For the developers' and authors' protection, the GPL clearly explains
1438. that there is no warranty for this free software. For both users' and
1439. authors' sake, the GPL requires that modified versions be marked as
1440. changed, so that their problems will not be attributed erroneously to
1441. authors of previous versions.
1442. Some devices are designed to deny users access to install or run
1443. modified versions of the software inside them, although the manufacturer
1444. can do so. This is fundamentally incompatible with the aim of
1445. protecting users' freedom to change the software. The systematic
1446. pattern of such abuse occurs in the area of products for individuals to
1447. use, which is precisely where it is most unacceptable. Therefore, we
1448. have designed this version of the GPL to prohibit the practice for those
1449. products. If such problems arise substantially in other domains, we
1450. stand ready to extend this provision to those domains in future versions
1451. of the GPL, as needed to protect the freedom of users.
1452. Finally, every program is threatened constantly by software patents.
1453. States should not allow patents to restrict development and use of
1454. software on general-purpose computers, but in those that do, we wish to
1455. avoid the special danger that patents applied to a free program could
1456. make it effectively proprietary. To prevent this, the GPL assures that
1457. patents cannot be used to render the program non-free.
1458. The precise terms and conditions for copying, distribution and
1459. modification follow.
1460. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1461. 0. Definitions.
1462. "This License" refers to version 3 of the GNU General Public License.
1463. "Copyright" also means copyright-like laws that apply to other kinds of
1464. works, such as semiconductor masks.
1465. "The Program" refers to any copyrightable work licensed under this
1466. License. Each licensee is addressed as "you". "Licensees" and
1467. "recipients" may be individuals or organizations.
1468. To "modify" a work means to copy from or adapt all or part of the work
1469. in a fashion requiring copyright permission, other than the making of an
1470. exact copy. The resulting work is called a "modified version" of the
1471. earlier work or a work "based on" the earlier work.
1472. A "covered work" means either the unmodified Program or a work based
1473. on the Program.
1474. To "propagate" a work means to do anything with it that, without
1475. permission, would make you directly or secondarily liable for
1476. infringement under applicable copyright law, except executing it on a
1477. computer or modifying a private copy. Propagation includes copying,
1478. distribution (with or without modification), making available to the
1479. public, and in some countries other activities as well.
1480. To "convey" a work means any kind of propagation that enables other
1481. parties to make or receive copies. Mere interaction with a user through
1482. a computer network, with no transfer of a copy, is not conveying.
1483. An interactive user interface displays "Appropriate Legal Notices"
1484. to the extent that it includes a convenient and prominently visible
1485. feature that (1) displays an appropriate copyright notice, and (2)
1486. tells the user that there is no warranty for the work (except to the
1487. extent that warranties are provided), that licensees may convey the
1488. work under this License, and how to view a copy of this License. If
1489. the interface presents a list of user commands or options, such as a
1490. menu, a prominent item in the list meets this criterion.
1491. 1. Source Code.
1492. The "source code" for a work means the preferred form of the work
1493. for making modifications to it. "Object code" means any non-source
1494. form of a work.
1495. A "Standard Interface" means an interface that either is an official
1496. standard defined by a recognized standards body, or, in the case of
1497. interfaces specified for a particular programming language, one that
1498. is widely used among developers working in that language.
1499. The "System Libraries" of an executable work include anything, other
1500. than the work as a whole, that (a) is included in the normal form of
1501. packaging a Major Component, but which is not part of that Major
1502. Component, and (b) serves only to enable use of the work with that
1503. Major Component, or to implement a Standard Interface for which an
1504. implementation is available to the public in source code form. A
1505. "Major Component", in this context, means a major essential component
1506. (kernel, window system, and so on) of the specific operating system
1507. (if any) on which the executable work runs, or a compiler used to
1508. produce the work, or an object code interpreter used to run it.
1509. The "Corresponding Source" for a work in object code form means all
1510. the source code needed to generate, install, and (for an executable
1511. work) run the object code and to modify the work, including scripts to
1512. control those activities. However, it does not include the work's
1513. System Libraries, or general-purpose tools or generally available free
1514. programs which are used unmodified in performing those activities but
1515. which are not part of the work. For example, Corresponding Source
1516. includes interface definition files associated with source files for
1517. the work, and the source code for shared libraries and dynamically
1518. linked subprograms that the work is specifically designed to require,
1519. such as by intimate data communication or control flow between those
1520. subprograms and other parts of the work.
1521. The Corresponding Source need not include anything that users
1522. can regenerate automatically from other parts of the Corresponding
1523. Source.
1524. The Corresponding Source for a work in source code form is that
1525. same work.
1526. 2. Basic Permissions.
1527. All rights granted under this License are granted for the term of
1528. copyright on the Program, and are irrevocable provided the stated
1529. conditions are met. This License explicitly affirms your unlimited
1530. permission to run the unmodified Program. The output from running a
1531. covered work is covered by this License only if the output, given its
1532. content, constitutes a covered work. This License acknowledges your
1533. rights of fair use or other equivalent, as provided by copyright law.
1534. You may make, run and propagate covered works that you do not
1535. convey, without conditions so long as your license otherwise remains
1536. in force. You may convey covered works to others for the sole purpose
1537. of having them make modifications exclusively for you, or provide you
1538. with facilities for running those works, provided that you comply with
1539. the terms of this License in conveying all material for which you do
1540. not control copyright. Those thus making or running the covered works
1541. for you must do so exclusively on your behalf, under your direction
1542. and control, on terms that prohibit them from making any copies of
1543. your copyrighted material outside their relationship with you.
1544. Conveying under any other circumstances is permitted solely under
1545. the conditions stated below. Sublicensing is not allowed; section 10
1546. makes it unnecessary.
1547. 3. Protecting Users' Legal Rights From Anti-Circumvention Law.
1548. No covered work shall be deemed part of an effective technological
1549. measure under any applicable law fulfilling obligations under article
1550. 11 of the WIPO copyright treaty adopted on 20 December 1996, or
1551. similar laws prohibiting or restricting circumvention of such
1552. measures.
1553. When you convey a covered work, you waive any legal power to forbid
1554. circumvention of technological measures to the extent such circumvention
1555. is effected by exercising rights under this License with respect to
1556. the covered work, and you disclaim any intention to limit operation or
1557. modification of the work as a means of enforcing, against the work's
1558. users, your or third parties' legal rights to forbid circumvention of
1559. technological measures.
1560. 4. Conveying Verbatim Copies.
1561. You may convey verbatim copies of the Program's source code as you
1562. receive it, in any medium, provided that you conspicuously and
1563. appropriately publish on each copy an appropriate copyright notice;
1564. keep intact all notices stating that this License and any
1565. non-permissive terms added in accord with section 7 apply to the code;
1566. keep intact all notices of the absence of any warranty; and give all
1567. recipients a copy of this License along with the Program.
1568. You may charge any price or no price for each copy that you convey,
1569. and you may offer support or warranty protection for a fee.
1570. 5. Conveying Modified Source Versions.
1571. You may convey a work based on the Program, or the modifications to
1572. produce it from the Program, in the form of source code under the
1573. terms of section 4, provided that you also meet all of these conditions:
1574. a) The work must carry prominent notices stating that you modified
1575. it, and giving a relevant date.
1576. b) The work must carry prominent notices stating that it is
1577. released under this License and any conditions added under section
1578. 7. This requirement modifies the requirement in section 4 to
1579. "keep intact all notices".
1580. c) You must license the entire work, as a whole, under this
1581. License to anyone who comes into possession of a copy. This
1582. License will therefore apply, along with any applicable section 7
1583. additional terms, to the whole of the work, and all its parts,
1584. regardless of how they are packaged. This License gives no
1585. permission to license the work in any other way, but it does not
1586. invalidate such permission if you have separately received it.
1587. d) If the work has interactive user interfaces, each must display
1588. Appropriate Legal Notices; however, if the Program has interactive
1589. interfaces that do not display Appropriate Legal Notices, your
1590. work need not make them do so.
1591. A compilation of a covered work with other separate and independent
1592. works, which are not by their nature extensions of the covered work,
1593. and which are not combined with it such as to form a larger program,
1594. in or on a volume of a storage or distribution medium, is called an
1595. "aggregate" if the compilation and its resulting copyright are not
1596. used to limit the access or legal rights of the compilation's users
1597. beyond what the individual works permit. Inclusion of a covered work
1598. in an aggregate does not cause this License to apply to the other
1599. parts of the aggregate.
1600. 6. Conveying Non-Source Forms.
1601. You may convey a covered work in object code form under the terms
1602. of sections 4 and 5, provided that you also convey the
1603. machine-readable Corresponding Source under the terms of this License,
1604. in one of these ways:
1605. a) Convey the object code in, or embodied in, a physical product
1606. (including a physical distribution medium), accompanied by the
1607. Corresponding Source fixed on a durable physical medium
1608. customarily used for software interchange.
1609. b) Convey the object code in, or embodied in, a physical product
1610. (including a physical distribution medium), accompanied by a
1611. written offer, valid for at least three years and valid for as
1612. long as you offer spare parts or customer support for that product
1613. model, to give anyone who possesses the object code either (1) a
1614. copy of the Corresponding Source for all the software in the
1615. product that is covered by this License, on a durable physical
1616. medium customarily used for software interchange, for a price no
1617. more than your reasonable cost of physically performing this
1618. conveying of source, or (2) access to copy the
1619. Corresponding Source from a network server at no charge.
1620. c) Convey individual copies of the object code with a copy of the
1621. written offer to provide the Corresponding Source. This
1622. alternative is allowed only occasionally and noncommercially, and
1623. only if you received the object code with such an offer, in accord
1624. with subsection 6b.
1625. d) Convey the object code by offering access from a designated
1626. place (gratis or for a charge), and offer equivalent access to the
1627. Corresponding Source in the same way through the same place at no
1628. further charge. You need not require recipients to copy the
1629. Corresponding Source along with the object code. If the place to
1630. copy the object code is a network server, the Corresponding Source
1631. may be on a different server (operated by you or a third party)
1632. that supports equivalent copying facilities, provided you maintain
1633. clear directions next to the object code saying where to find the
1634. Corresponding Source. Regardless of what server hosts the
1635. Corresponding Source, you remain obligated to ensure that it is
1636. available for as long as needed to satisfy these requirements.
1637. e) Convey the object code using peer-to-peer transmission, provided
1638. you inform other peers where the object code and Corresponding
1639. Source of the work are being offered to the general public at no
1640. charge under subsection 6d.
1641. A separable portion of the object code, whose source code is excluded
1642. from the Corresponding Source as a System Library, need not be
1643. included in conveying the object code work.
1644. A "User Product" is either (1) a "consumer product", which means any
1645. tangible personal property which is normally used for personal, family,
1646. or household purposes, or (2) anything designed or sold for incorporation
1647. into a dwelling. In determining whether a product is a consumer product,
1648. doubtful cases shall be resolved in favor of coverage. For a particular
1649. product received by a particular user, "normally used" refers to a
1650. typical or common use of that class of product, regardless of the status
1651. of the particular user or of the way in which the particular user
1652. actually uses, or expects or is expected to use, the product. A product
1653. is a consumer product regardless of whether the product has substantial
1654. commercial, industrial or non-consumer uses, unless such uses represent
1655. the only significant mode of use of the product.
1656. "Installation Information" for a User Product means any methods,
1657. procedures, authorization keys, or other information required to install
1658. and execute modified versions of a covered work in that User Product from
1659. a modified version of its Corresponding Source. The information must
1660. suffice to ensure that the continued functioning of the modified object
1661. code is in no case prevented or interfered with solely because
1662. modification has been made.
1663. If you convey an object code work under this section in, or with, or
1664. specifically for use in, a User Product, and the conveying occurs as
1665. part of a transaction in which the right of possession and use of the
1666. User Product is transferred to the recipient in perpetuity or for a
1667. fixed term (regardless of how the transaction is characterized), the
1668. Corresponding Source conveyed under this section must be accompanied
1669. by the Installation Information. But this requirement does not apply
1670. if neither you nor any third party retains the ability to install
1671. modified object code on the User Product (for example, the work has
1672. been installed in ROM).
1673. The requirement to provide Installation Information does not include a
1674. requirement to continue to provide support service, warranty, or updates
1675. for a work that has been modified or installed by the recipient, or for
1676. the User Product in which it has been modified or installed. Access to a
1677. network may be denied when the modification itself materially and
1678. adversely affects the operation of the network or violates the rules and
1679. protocols for communication across the network.
1680. Corresponding Source conveyed, and Installation Information provided,
1681. in accord with this section must be in a format that is publicly
1682. documented (and with an implementation available to the public in
1683. source code form), and must require no special password or key for
1684. unpacking, reading or copying.
1685. 7. Additional Terms.
1686. "Additional permissions" are terms that supplement the terms of this
1687. License by making exceptions from one or more of its conditions.
1688. Additional permissions that are applicable to the entire Program shall
1689. be treated as though they were included in this License, to the extent
1690. that they are valid under applicable law. If additional permissions
1691. apply only to part of the Program, that part may be used separately
1692. under those permissions, but the entire Program remains governed by
1693. this License without regard to the additional permissions.
1694. When you convey a copy of a covered work, you may at your option
1695. remove any additional permissions from that copy, or from any part of
1696. it. (Additional permissions may be written to require their own
1697. removal in certain cases when you modify the work.) You may place
1698. additional permissions on material, added by you to a covered work,
1699. for which you have or can give appropriate copyright permission.
1700. Notwithstanding any other provision of this License, for material you
1701. add to a covered work, you may (if authorized by the copyright holders of
1702. that material) supplement the terms of this License with terms:
1703. a) Disclaiming warranty or limiting liability differently from the
1704. terms of sections 15 and 16 of this License; or
1705. b) Requiring preservation of specified reasonable legal notices or
1706. author attributions in that material or in the Appropriate Legal
1707. Notices displayed by works containing it; or
1708. c) Prohibiting misrepresentation of the origin of that material, or
1709. requiring that modified versions of such material be marked in
1710. reasonable ways as different from the original version; or
1711. d) Limiting the use for publicity purposes of names of licensors or
1712. authors of the material; or
1713. e) Declining to grant rights under trademark law for use of some
1714. trade names, trademarks, or service marks; or
1715. f) Requiring indemnification of licensors and authors of that
1716. material by anyone who conveys the material (or modified versions of
1717. it) with contractual assumptions of liability to the recipient, for
1718. any liability that these contractual assumptions directly impose on
1719. those licensors and authors.
1720. All other non-permissive additional terms are considered "further
1721. restrictions" within the meaning of section 10. If the Program as you
1722. received it, or any part of it, contains a notice stating that it is
1723. governed by this License along with a term that is a further
1724. restriction, you may remove that term. If a license document contains
1725. a further restriction but permits relicensing or conveying under this
1726. License, you may add to a covered work material governed by the terms
1727. of that license document, provided that the further restriction does
1728. not survive such relicensing or conveying.
1729. If you add terms to a covered work in accord with this section, you
1730. must place, in the relevant source files, a statement of the
1731. additional terms that apply to those files, or a notice indicating
1732. where to find the applicable terms.
1733. Additional terms, permissive or non-permissive, may be stated in the
1734. form of a separately written license, or stated as exceptions;
1735. the above requirements apply either way.
1736. 8. Termination.
1737. You may not propagate or modify a covered work except as expressly
1738. provided under this License. Any attempt otherwise to propagate or
1739. modify it is void, and will automatically terminate your rights under
1740. this License (including any patent licenses granted under the third
1741. paragraph of section 11).
1742. However, if you cease all violation of this License, then your
1743. license from a particular copyright holder is reinstated (a)
1744. provisionally, unless and until the copyright holder explicitly and
1745. finally terminates your license, and (b) permanently, if the copyright
1746. holder fails to notify you of the violation by some reasonable means
1747. prior to 60 days after the cessation.
1748. Moreover, your license from a particular copyright holder is
1749. reinstated permanently if the copyright holder notifies you of the
1750. violation by some reasonable means, this is the first time you have
1751. received notice of violation of this License (for any work) from that
1752. copyright holder, and you cure the violation prior to 30 days after
1753. your receipt of the notice.
1754. Termination of your rights under this section does not terminate the
1755. licenses of parties who have received copies or rights from you under
1756. this License. If your rights have been terminated and not permanently
1757. reinstated, you do not qualify to receive new licenses for the same
1758. material under section 10.
1759. 9. Acceptance Not Required for Having Copies.
1760. You are not required to accept this License in order to receive or
1761. run a copy of the Program. Ancillary propagation of a covered work
1762. occurring solely as a consequence of using peer-to-peer transmission
1763. to receive a copy likewise does not require acceptance. However,
1764. nothing other than this License grants you permission to propagate or
1765. modify any covered work. These actions infringe copyright if you do
1766. not accept this License. Therefore, by modifying or propagating a
1767. covered work, you indicate your acceptance of this License to do so.
1768. 10. Automatic Licensing of Downstream Recipients.
1769. Each time you convey a covered work, the recipient automatically
1770. receives a license from the original licensors, to run, modify and
1771. propagate that work, subject to this License. You are not responsible
1772. for enforcing compliance by third parties with this License.
1773. An "entity transaction" is a transaction transferring control of an
1774. organization, or substantially all assets of one, or subdividing an
1775. organization, or merging organizations. If propagation of a covered
1776. work results from an entity transaction, each party to that
1777. transaction who receives a copy of the work also receives whatever
1778. licenses to the work the party's predecessor in interest had or could
1779. give under the previous paragraph, plus a right to possession of the
1780. Corresponding Source of the work from the predecessor in interest, if
1781. the predecessor has it or can get it with reasonable efforts.
1782. You may not impose any further restrictions on the exercise of the
1783. rights granted or affirmed under this License. For example, you may
1784. not impose a license fee, royalty, or other charge for exercise of
1785. rights granted under this License, and you may not initiate litigation
1786. (including a cross-claim or counterclaim in a lawsuit) alleging that
1787. any patent claim is infringed by making, using, selling, offering for
1788. sale, or importing the Program or any portion of it.
1789. 11. Patents.
1790. A "contributor" is a copyright holder who authorizes use under this
1791. License of the Program or a work on which the Program is based. The
1792. work thus licensed is called the contributor's "contributor version".
1793. A contributor's "essential patent claims" are all patent claims
1794. owned or controlled by the contributor, whether already acquired or
1795. hereafter acquired, that would be infringed by some manner, permitted
1796. by this License, of making, using, or selling its contributor version,
1797. but do not include claims that would be infringed only as a
1798. consequence of further modification of the contributor version. For
1799. purposes of this definition, "control" includes the right to grant
1800. patent sublicenses in a manner consistent with the requirements of
1801. this License.
1802. Each contributor grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free
1803. patent license under the contributor's essential patent claims, to
1804. make, use, sell, offer for sale, import and otherwise run, modify and
1805. propagate the contents of its contributor version.
1806. In the following three paragraphs, a "patent license" is any express
1807. agreement or commitment, however denominated, not to enforce a patent
1808. (such as an express permission to practice a patent or covenant not to
1809. sue for patent infringement). To "grant" such a patent license to a
1810. party means to make such an agreement or commitment not to enforce a
1811. patent against the party.
1812. If you convey a covered work, knowingly relying on a patent license,
1813. and the Corresponding Source of the work is not available for anyone
1814. to copy, free of charge and under the terms of this License, through a
1815. publicly available network server or other readily accessible means,
1816. then you must either (1) cause the Corresponding Source to be so
1817. available, or (2) arrange to deprive yourself of the benefit of the
1818. patent license for this particular work, or (3) arrange, in a manner
1819. consistent with the requirements of this License, to extend the patent
1820. license to downstream recipients. "Knowingly relying" means you have
1821. actual knowledge that, but for the patent license, your conveying the
1822. covered work in a country, or your recipient's use of the covered work
1823. in a country, would infringe one or more identifiable patents in that
1824. country that you have reason to believe are valid.
1825. If, pursuant to or in connection with a single transaction or
1826. arrangement, you convey, or propagate by procuring conveyance of, a
1827. covered work, and grant a patent license to some of the parties
1828. receiving the covered work authorizing them to use, propagate, modify
1829. or convey a specific copy of the covered work, then the patent license
1830. you grant is automatically extended to all recipients of the covered
1831. work and works based on it.
1832. A patent license is "discriminatory" if it does not include within
1833. the scope of its coverage, prohibits the exercise of, or is
1834. conditioned on the non-exercise of one or more of the rights that are
1835. specifically granted under this License. You may not convey a covered
1836. work if you are a party to an arrangement with a third party that is
1837. in the business of distributing software, under which you make payment
1838. to the third party based on the extent of your activity of conveying
1839. the work, and under which the third party grants, to any of the
1840. parties who would receive the covered work from you, a discriminatory
1841. patent license (a) in connection with copies of the covered work
1842. conveyed by you (or copies made from those copies), or (b) primarily
1843. for and in connection with specific products or compilations that
1844. contain the covered work, unless you entered into that arrangement,
1845. or that patent license was granted, prior to 28 March 2007.
1846. Nothing in this License shall be construed as excluding or limiting
1847. any implied license or other defenses to infringement that may
1848. otherwise be available to you under applicable patent law.
1849. 12. No Surrender of Others' Freedom.
1850. If conditions are imposed on you (whether by court order, agreement or
1851. otherwise) that contradict the conditions of this License, they do not
1852. excuse you from the conditions of this License. If you cannot convey a
1853. covered work so as to satisfy simultaneously your obligations under this
1854. License and any other pertinent obligations, then as a consequence you may
1855. not convey it at all. For example, if you agree to terms that obligate you
1856. to collect a royalty for further conveying from those to whom you convey
1857. the Program, the only way you could satisfy both those terms and this
1858. License would be to refrain entirely from conveying the Program.
1859. 13. Use with the GNU Affero General Public License.
1860. Notwithstanding any other provision of this License, you have
1861. permission to link or combine any covered work with a work licensed
1862. under version 3 of the GNU Affero General Public License into a single
1863. combined work, and to convey the resulting work. The terms of this
1864. License will continue to apply to the part which is the covered work,
1865. but the special requirements of the GNU Affero General Public License,
1866. section 13, concerning interaction through a network will apply to the
1867. combination as such.
1868. 14. Revised Versions of this License.
1869. The Free Software Foundation may publish revised and/or new versions of
1870. the GNU General Public License from time to time. Such new versions will
1871. be similar in spirit to the present version, but may differ in detail to
1872. address new problems or concerns.
1873. Each version is given a distinguishing version number. If the
1874. Program specifies that a certain numbered version of the GNU General
1875. Public License "or any later version" applies to it, you have the
1876. option of following the terms and conditions either of that numbered
1877. version or of any later version published by the Free Software
1878. Foundation. If the Program does not specify a version number of the
1879. GNU General Public License, you may choose any version ever published
1880. by the Free Software Foundation.
1881. If the Program specifies that a proxy can decide which future
1882. versions of the GNU General Public License can be used, that proxy's
1883. public statement of acceptance of a version permanently authorizes you
1884. to choose that version for the Program.
1885. Later license versions may give you additional or different
1886. permissions. However, no additional obligations are imposed on any
1887. author or copyright holder as a result of your choosing to follow a
1888. later version.
1889. 15. Disclaimer of Warranty.
1890. THERE IS NO WARRANTY FOR THE PROGRAM, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY
1891. APPLICABLE LAW. EXCEPT WHEN OTHERWISE STATED IN WRITING THE COPYRIGHT
1892. HOLDERS AND/OR OTHER PARTIES PROVIDE THE PROGRAM "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY
1893. OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO,
1894. THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
1895. PURPOSE. THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE PROGRAM
1896. IS WITH YOU. SHOULD THE PROGRAM PROVE DEFECTIVE, YOU ASSUME THE COST OF
1897. ALL NECESSARY SERVICING, REPAIR OR CORRECTION.
1898. 16. Limitation of Liability.
1899. IN NO EVENT UNLESS REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW OR AGREED TO IN WRITING
1900. WILL ANY COPYRIGHT HOLDER, OR ANY OTHER PARTY WHO MODIFIES AND/OR CONVEYS
1901. THE PROGRAM AS PERMITTED ABOVE, BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY
1902. GENERAL, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE
1903. USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PROGRAM (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF
1904. DATA OR DATA BEING RENDERED INACCURATE OR LOSSES SUSTAINED BY YOU OR THIRD
1905. PARTIES OR A FAILURE OF THE PROGRAM TO OPERATE WITH ANY OTHER PROGRAMS),
1906. EVEN IF SUCH HOLDER OR OTHER PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF
1907. SUCH DAMAGES.
1908. 17. Interpretation of Sections 15 and 16.
1909. If the disclaimer of warranty and limitation of liability provided
1910. above cannot be given local legal effect according to their terms,
1911. reviewing courts shall apply local law that most closely approximates
1912. an absolute waiver of all civil liability in connection with the
1913. Program, unless a warranty or assumption of liability accompanies a
1914. copy of the Program in return for a fee.
1915. END OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1916. How to Apply These Terms to Your New Programs
1917. If you develop a new program, and you want it to be of the greatest
1918. possible use to the public, the best way to achieve this is to make it
1919. free software which everyone can redistribute and change under these terms.
1920. To do so, attach the following notices to the program. It is safest
1921. to attach them to the start of each source file to most effectively
1922. state the exclusion of warranty; and each file should have at least
1923. the "copyright" line and a pointer to where the full notice is found.
1924. <one line to give the program's name and a brief idea of what it does.>
1925. Copyright (C) <year> <name of author>
1926. This program is free software: you can redistribute it and/or modify
1927. it under the terms of the GNU General Public License as published by
1928. the Free Software Foundation, either version 3 of the License, or
1929. (at your option) any later version.
1930. This program is distributed in the hope that it will be useful,
1931. but WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY; without even the implied warranty of
1932. MERCHANTABILITY or FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. See the
1933. GNU General Public License for more details.
1934. You should have received a copy of the GNU General Public License
1935. along with this program. If not, see <https://www.gnu.org/licenses/>.
1936. Also add information on how to contact you by electronic and paper mail.
1937. If the program does terminal interaction, make it output a short
1938. notice like this when it starts in an interactive mode:
1939. <program> Copyright (C) <year> <name of author>
1940. This program comes with ABSOLUTELY NO WARRANTY; for details type `show w'.
1941. This is free software, and you are welcome to redistribute it
1942. under certain conditions; type `show c' for details.
1943. The hypothetical commands `show w' and `show c' should show the appropriate
1944. parts of the General Public License. Of course, your program's commands
1945. might be different; for a GUI interface, you would use an "about box".
1946. You should also get your employer (if you work as a programmer) or school,
1947. if any, to sign a "copyright disclaimer" for the program, if necessary.
1948. For more information on this, and how to apply and follow the GNU GPL, see
1949. <https://www.gnu.org/licenses/>.
1950. The GNU General Public License does not permit incorporating your program
1951. into proprietary programs. If your program is a subroutine library, you
1952. may consider it more useful to permit linking proprietary applications with
1953. the library. If this is what you want to do, use the GNU Lesser General
1954. Public License instead of this License. But first, please read
1955. <https://www.gnu.org/licenses/why-not-lgpl.html>.

2521. TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR USE, REPRODUCTION, AND DISTRIBUTION
2522. 1. Definitions.
2523. "License" shall mean the terms and conditions for use, reproduction,
2524. and distribution as defined by Sections 1 through 9 of this document.
2525. "Licensor" shall mean the copyright owner or entity authorized by
2526. the copyright owner that is granting the License.
2527. "Legal Entity" shall mean the union of the acting entity and all
2528. other entities that control, are controlled by, or are under common
2529. control with that entity. For the purposes of this definition,
2530. "control" means (i) the power, direct or indirect, to cause the
2531. direction or management of such entity, whether by contract or
2532. otherwise, or (ii) ownership of fifty percent (50%) or more of the
2533. outstanding shares, or (iii) beneficial ownership of such entity.
2534. "You" (or "Your") shall mean an individual or Legal Entity
2535. exercising permissions granted by this License.
2536. "Source" form shall mean the preferred form for making modifications,
2537. including but not limited to software source code, documentation
2538. source, and configuration files.
2539. "Object" form shall mean any form resulting from mechanical
2540. transformation or translation of a Source form, including but
2541. not limited to compiled object code, generated documentation,
2542. and conversions to other media types.
2543. "Work" shall mean the work of authorship, whether in Source or
2544. Object form, made available under the License, as indicated by a
2545. copyright notice that is included in or attached to the work
2546. (an example is provided in the Appendix below).
2547. "Derivative Works" shall mean any work, whether in Source or Object
2548. form, that is based on (or derived from) the Work and for which the
2549. editorial revisions, annotations, elaborations, or other modifications
2550. represent, as a whole, an original work of authorship. For the purposes
2551. of this License, Derivative Works shall not include works that remain
2552. separable from, or merely link (or bind by name) to the interfaces of,
2553. the Work and Derivative Works thereof.
2554. "Contribution" shall mean any work of authorship, including
2555. the original version of the Work and any modifications or additions
2556. to that Work or Derivative Works thereof, that is intentionally
2557. submitted to Licensor for inclusion in the Work by the copyright owner
2558. or by an individual or Legal Entity authorized to submit on behalf of
2559. the copyright owner. For the purposes of this definition, "submitted"
2560. means any form of electronic, verbal, or written communication sent
2561. to the Licensor or its representatives, including but not limited to
2562. communication on electronic mailing lists, source code control systems,
2563. and issue tracking systems that are managed by, or on behalf of, the
2564. Licensor for the purpose of discussing and improving the Work, but
2565. excluding communication that is conspicuously marked or otherwise
2566. designated in writing by the copyright owner as "Not a Contribution."
2567. "Contributor" shall mean Licensor and any individual or Legal Entity
2568. on behalf of whom a Contribution has been received by Licensor and
2569. subsequently incorporated within the Work.
2570. 2. Grant of Copyright License. Subject to the terms and conditions of
2571. this License, each Contributor hereby grants to You a perpetual,
2572. worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable
2573. copyright license to reproduce, prepare Derivative Works of,
2574. publicly display, publicly perform, sublicense, and distribute the
2575. Work and such Derivative Works in Source or Object form.
2576. 3. Grant of Patent License. Subject to the terms and conditions of
2577. this License, each Contributor hereby grants to You a perpetual,
2578. worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable
2579. (except as stated in this section) patent license to make, have made,
2580. use, offer to sell, sell, import, and otherwise transfer the Work,
2581. where such license applies only to those patent claims licensable
2582. by such Contributor that are necessarily infringed by their
2583. Contribution(s) alone or by combination of their Contribution(s)
2584. with the Work to which such Contribution(s) was submitted. If You
2585. institute patent litigation against any entity (including a
2586. cross-claim or counterclaim in a lawsuit) alleging that the Work
2587. or a Contribution incorporated within the Work constitutes direct
2588. or contributory patent infringement, then any patent licenses
2589. granted to You under this License for that Work shall terminate
2590. as of the date such litigation is filed.
2591. 4. Redistribution. You may reproduce and distribute copies of the
2592. Work or Derivative Works thereof in any medium, with or without
2593. modifications, and in Source or Object form, provided that You
2594. meet the following conditions:
2595. (a) You must give any other recipients of the Work or
2596. Derivative Works a copy of this License; and
2597. (b) You must cause any modified files to carry prominent notices
2598. stating that You changed the files; and
2599. (c) You must retain, in the Source form of any Derivative Works
2600. that You distribute, all copyright, patent, trademark, and
2601. attribution notices from the Source form of the Work,
2602. excluding those notices that do not pertain to any part of
2603. the Derivative Works; and
2604. (d) If the Work includes a "NOTICE" text file as part of its
2605. distribution, then any Derivative Works that You distribute must
2606. include a readable copy of the attribution notices contained
2607. within such NOTICE file, excluding those notices that do not
2608. pertain to any part of the Derivative Works, in at least one
2609. of the following places: within a NOTICE text file distributed
2610. as part of the Derivative Works; within the Source form or
2611. documentation, if provided along with the Derivative Works; or,
2612. within a display generated by the Derivative Works, if and
2613. wherever such third-party notices normally appear. The contents
2614. of the NOTICE file are for informational purposes only and
2615. do not modify the License. You may add Your own attribution
2616. notices within Derivative Works that You distribute, alongside
2617. or as an addendum to the NOTICE text from the Work, provided
2618. that such additional attribution notices cannot be construed
2619. as modifying the License.
2620. You may add Your own copyright statement to Your modifications and
2621. may provide additional or different license terms and conditions
2622. for use, reproduction, or distribution of Your modifications, or
2623. for any such Derivative Works as a whole, provided Your use,
2624. reproduction, and distribution of the Work otherwise complies with
2625. the conditions stated in this License.
2626. 5. Submission of Contributions. Unless You explicitly state otherwise,
2627. any Contribution intentionally submitted for inclusion in the Work
2628. by You to the Licensor shall be under the terms and conditions of
2629. this License, without any additional terms or conditions.
2630. Notwithstanding the above, nothing herein shall supersede or modify
2631. the terms of any separate license agreement you may have executed
